Without a cellar door or wide distribution we’re always delighted by web orders, no matter how small. Thanks for supporting our small, regional business – we’re very grateful.

!!Christmas shipping update!! Orders have closed for shipping this year for all states. If you’re local to the North East, we can accept orders up until the 18th December, which we will deliver ourselves, or we have a pick up option in Moyhu / Whitlands right up until the 24th. Thanks for your support in 2024, we look forward to sharing our new wines with you next year.

OUR SPARKLING WINES

We are one of Australia’s only grower-producers of bottle fermented sparkling wine. We make our sparkling wines in the French ‘méthode champenoise’ style, borrowing the winemaking techniques from Champagne : this means we use pinot noir, chardonnay & pinot meunier in various ratios; 100% of our fruit is grown on our own vineyard. We ferment base wines in old oak and re-ferment in bottle. After the second fermentation the wines age on their yeast ‘lees’ from 2.5 – 5 years depending on the wine style. It sounds simple but it’s quite precise – not to mention time consuming & absurdly expensive. But, we wouldn’t have it any other way. The finesse, elegance & character of wines made in this method is worth it.

NV 'Cute Brut' Zero Dosage Sparkling Rose

**LAST FEW DOZEN AVAILABLE** Introducing new ‘Cute Brut’…a silly name for a lovely wine. A non-vintage, zero dosage traditional method sparkling rose, this one ticks all the boxes for casual summertime drinking. A blend of pinot noir, meunier & chardonnay on lees for 30 months, it’s super dry, savoury, floral, light and really quite likeable… [read more]

2013 LDZD Assembly Sparkling

**SOLD OUT** Oouef! Would you look at that posh label…these are the types of things we can get away with when there is only 30 dozen. This is our second Zero Dosage Late Disgorged (ZD LD) release and we think it’s kind of a big deal. It’s the 2013 base, aged for 8 years on lees (hence the ‘late disgorged’), and disgorged without any dosage (ZD) making it super dry… [read more]

OUR TABLE WINES

Doesn’t the term ‘table wine’ just inspire you beyond belief? Without a more exciting term up my sleeve, table wines are just those without bubbles. Now we’ve got that cleared up, let me try to explain what we’re up to with these fine products….

2023 Pinot Blanc

Our very first pinot blanc! One single barrel, made from two precious rows of vines. Although a cousin to pinot gris, pinot blanc is it’s own thing: more subtle and more neutral but with a quiet power to it that we find quite captivating. This one is pristine, pure and light with a high acid framework reminincest of riesling…[read more]

2023 Pinot Grigio

Pinot grigio but a bit more interesting! Although the name on the label might suggest otherwise, this is definitely not your average classic light and pure pinot grigio. It’s also not a fully fledged orange (skin contacted) wine. It borrows elements from both styles; light gold in colour with gentle texture and generous fruit that is incredible with food…[read more].

2023 Pinot Meunier

For the dedicated pinot meunier people out there, there are two things to understand about this wine: it’s really lovely, and it’s really limited. We didn’t make this wine in 2022, and the 2023 is a tiny bottling; it’s light, redolent, bright and complex, a classic meunier – with real presence and character. Released in mid 2023, it will confidently age for a few years and flesh out over time…[read more

2021 Pinot Noir / Meunier Blend

**SOLD OUT!** The blend is 50% pinot noir & 50% pinot meunier. Think of pinot meunier as mysterious and sexy; more savoury & more generous than pinot noir, which in this case is a little more upfront & robust. Together, they are harmonious. This is on the lighter end of things, with loads of juicy red pinot flavours (think bramble & wild raspberry) and a plush, charming mouthfeel…[read more]

2023 Pinot x Three

Blended from almost equal parcels of pinot gris, pinot meunier and pinot noir this is the light red that you didn’t know you needed. It’s got delicious things going on in every direction – a kaleidoscope of fresh red fruit flavours from the reds and the trademark pithy fruit from the gris. Chill down or drink at room temp alongside mild washed rind cheese, rustic terrine or Chinese roasted duck pancakes…[read more]

2021 Pinot Noir

A classic wine from a classic season, this is the result of countless hours of extra attention in the vineyard, all aimed at increasing the structure and concentration of our pinot noir, which is typically very light. Aged in neutral hogsheads, it is fruit driven but not fruity. Try with herbed lamb racks, chargrilled veg or anything with beetroot, cherries or pomegranate…[read more]

We wrote a book!

Tipsy is a book about great drinks: wine, whisky, gin, beer, sake and the rest. It is short, sharp and it doesn’t treat you like an idiot. It’s a book for anyone who’d like to know what they’re drinking without wading through the details. It’ll help you pick the right wine for dinner, explain the difference between pale ale and pilsner, and maybe even inspire a new passion for whisky, gin or sake.

Each copy is signed by Clare – and if you leave a note in the cart details we can personalise a message for you in the front of the book. Each copy is $25.
